Wen is an award-winning product designer who currently serves as Product Design Lead at TheGuarantors, a fintech company reimagining how renters access housing. At TheGuarantors, Wen leads the renter-facing experience behind the company's core business, and pioneers AI-native design workflows that turn design systems into prompt-generated, production-ready design — bringing craft and speed together at the frontier of design and AI.

With degrees in both Human-Computer Interaction and Business Management, Wen is passionate about merging these worlds — exploring where business, technology, and design meet. He has previously shaped consumer experiences for major companies including FanDuel, Sony, NIO, and L'Oréal, making a significant impact on both users and businesses.

Aside from his professional work, Wen is committed to designing solutions that amplify the voice of underrepresented communities. During college, he founded a Rotaract Club and led several projects supporting socially vulnerable groups, including people living with HIV, leprosy patients, and the AAPI LGBTQ+ community.
